LSAW and SSAW are variants of SAW (submerged arc welded) pipes. The difference between them is the way they are welded. In LSAW pipes, the welding is longitudinal, which means that steel (hot rolled coil plate) is rolled into a pipe and the seam is welded longitudinally.
Due to the high hardness, strength, wear resistance, and anti-corrosion features. Carbon steel welded pipes are commonly used in the following industries and applications:
1. Oil & Gas Applications
2. Boilers
3. Condenser Tubes
4. High Pressure Applications
5. Chemical Industry
6. Water Transmission
7. Structural Applications
8. Mechanical Components
